Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ProofKit (“the service”). By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.
What ProofKit does
ProofKit turns your job photos into marketing: AI-drafted Google Business Profile posts, before/after pages, review requests, and review replies. You review and approve content before it goes live — you are responsible for what you publish.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You must own or have authority over the business profiles you connect, and have permission to contact the customers you add.
- One account per business location unless we agree otherwise.
Your content
Your photos, contacts, and business information remain yours. You grant ProofKit a license to host and process them solely to provide the service (for example, sending your photos to our AI providers to draft captions). You can export your photos, reviews, and contacts at any time.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
- No spamming customers — review requests must go to real customers of real jobs.
- No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service.
Fees
Pricing is shown at tryproofkit.com/#pricing. Paid plans are billed monthly, with no long-term contract — cancel anytime and you keep access through the end of the paid period. We’ll give notice before any price change takes effect.
Third-party services
ProofKit publishes to platforms like Google Business Profile using their official APIs. Those platforms are outside our control — their availability, policies, and decisions (for example, review moderation) are theirs alone.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific business outcomes — more calls, leads, or reviews depend on your work and your market. AI-drafted content can be imperfect; review it before publishing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProofKit’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can cancel at any time in the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination you may export your data; we delete it per our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
